Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow up to 48 hours to process your order. Expect an email within this time frame to let you know your order is on the way!

 

FLAT RATE SHIPPING

Orders are generally shipped within 2 working days using DPD 24 hour/DPD 48 hour (depending on location). Shipping is currently free on all orders, this applies to orders shipping within the United Kingdom. We do not ship outside of the United Kingdom at this time.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

We do not currently offer shipping to any country outside of the United Kingdom.

 

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original
condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at clientsupport@cousins-boutique.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
